Orders ship within 1-2 business days from the date that the order was placed, regardless of the selected shipping method.  We ship from the Southern California area. If you have questions regarding your order or want to inquire about the shipping time for your item, please contact ecom@shophelsi.com.

Pre-Orders will ship within the timeframe provided when ordering.  Pre-Orders can be canceled for a full refund up to the time of shipment.  

Custom items/Special Orders ship within the timeframe provided during the inquiry.  We require a minimum of 14 days for customizations.  Please reach out to us via chat or contact us at operations@shophelsi.com for questions.

Shipping Rates and Time in Transit:

Please note that we require 1-2 days to process your order.

Time in transit starts on the next business day after the order is shipped.  For instance, an order placed on Wednesday and shipped on Friday, via UPS 3 day, will be delivered on the following Wednesday.  Weekends and Federal Holidays do not count as time in transit.

Free Shipping via USPS: 1-7 business days

UPS Ground: 1-5 business days

UPS 3 Day:  3 business days

UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days

UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day
