We want you to be happy with your purchase! Helsi will gladly offer a refund or exchange on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered item within 30 days of purchase with all tags attached. Refunds will be made to the original form of purchase. We do charge for return shipping in some cases. Please select the appropriate link below for additional information or to start a return. 

Returns

You will need your order number and access to the original email or zip code that was used to make the purchase. Keep a copy of your tracking number for your records.

A return shipping fee of $10.00 (Effective 5/1/26) for customers within the United States, or $25.00 for Canadian customers will be deducted from your refund.

The product must be shipped back in its original box or a similar sized box. Do not return items in poly mailers. Any item damaged in shipping due to inadequate packaging will be returned to the customer without refund. The customer is responsible for keeping their drop off receipt until the package is received at Helsi. Helsi will not be responsible for missing packages that have not been scanned in by a USPS representative unless the customer is able to show proof of drop off via a receipt. Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer an exchange service which allows you to create an exchange right from our returns portal at no additional charge. Using the below link, enter your order number and email. Select the item that you would like to return, select Exchange, and the system will prompt you to select color, size or item of equal value.

Once you drop off the unwanted item at your nearest USPS drop-off point, our partner, Loop will create the new order for you. The new order will not appear in our system until the returned item shows as in transit with the carrier.  The inventory for your new item selection will not be held and may sell out. In order to expedite the exchange process, it is imperative that the original item is returned as soon as possible. Exchanges for another style or color must be processed as a return.

What we will not accept

  • Items with the anti-wardrobing ribbon removed (effective June 2025)
  • Items that have been altered in any way.
  • Items with obvious use, including make-up, perfume, deodorant and body odor.
  • Returns on items that have received an after purchase price adjustment.
  • Refunds on items that have been labeled final sale. These items are exchange or store credit only.
  • Refunds on altered, custom or special order items.
  • Refunds on shipping costs.
  • Refunds on Helsi items purchased at another retailer.

Items Marked Final Sale

Items marked as Final Sale are exchange only. If you would like to exchange for another size or style of equal price, please process the exchange via our return portal. If you would like to exchange for an item with a different price, please process on 

Anti-Wardrobing Ribbon

Wardrobing is the act of wearing and returning. We are a small business and have a zero tolerance policy for wardrobing.   If we receive items that have been worn or otherwise abused by the customer, we will return the item to the customer.  Signs of wear include but are not limited to: perfume, make-up, deodorant stains, body odor, and sweat stains. Helsi reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition. As of June 2025, we have implemented the anti-wardrobing ribbon on each item. This will allow you to easily try on the item without removing it. The ribbon can be removed by cutting it with sharp scissors.  Do not remove the ribbon unless you intend to keep the item.  All returned items must have the anti-wardrobing ribbon to be eligible for a refund.


Returns After 30 Days

Our return system enforces our return policy based on the date ordered. If you are slightly late with your return or placed a preorder which has shortened your return window, reach out to us and we will create the return on your behalf. As we drop new styles each season, we are unable to accommodate refunds on purchases that are more than 45 days old.  Please reach out to us at ecom@shophelsi.com with any questions

Right to Refuse Service

If a customer is found to abuse our return policy we have the right to refuse service moving forward.
