Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Preorder Policy (Full‑Charge Model)
1. What Is a Preorder?
A preorder allows you to purchase an item before it is available to ship.
Full payment is collected at checkout to reserve your item and fund production.
The estimated ship date (or shipping window) is clearly displayed:
• On the product page
• In your cart
• In your order confirmation email
2. Payment Terms (Full Charge)
• Your payment is charged in full at the time you place your preorder.
• By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree that:
• The item is not yet ready to ship, and
• Delivery will occur on or after the stated ship date.
3. Ship‑By Date & Delay Notifications
United States (FTC Compliance)
• We provide a good‑faith estimated ship date based on current production timelines.
• If we cannot ship your order by the stated date or within 30 days of payment, we will:
1. Notify you of the delay,
2. Provide a new estimated ship date, and
3. Give you the option to cancel for a full refund.
If you do not affirmatively agree to the delay, we will automatically issue a full refund, in compliance with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Rule.
Canada (Provincial Consumer Protection)
• If your order is not shipped within 30 days of the promised delivery date, you may:
• Cancel the order, and
• Receive a full refund, as required under applicable provincial consumer protection laws (e.g., Ontario CPA).
4. Cancellations & Refunds
• You may cancel your preorder at any time before shipment for a full refund.
• If a delay occurs, you will always be given the option to:
• Continue waiting, or
• Cancel for a full refund.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (timing may vary by bank).
5. Shipping & Fulfillment
• Preorder items will not ship early.
• Orders containing preorder items may ship separately from in‑stock items.
• Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
6. Pricing & Fees Transparency
• All prices, taxes, and shipping charges are clearly displayed before checkout.
• There are no hidden or mandatory fees added after purchase.
• This complies with U.S. and Canadian pricing transparency requirements.
7. Customer Communication
We will communicate with you via email regarding:
• Order confirmation and ship date
• Any production or shipping delays
• Refund confirmations
• Shipping and tracking updates

8. Privacy & Payments (Canada)
• For Canadian customers, all personal and payment information is handled in accordance with PIPEDA.
• Payments are processed through secure, PCI‑compliant payment providers.

• Canadian federal or provincial consumer protection laws.
