Price Matching before Purchase
We try to ensure that our pricing is always in line with that of our retailers, however, there may be times when an item is marked down on a retailer's site and we are unaware. We will match the price of any Helsi authorized retailer on the identical item and color up to 50% off of the original retail price. Since many of our styles continue to be offered in new colors each season, the item must be in stock and identical in style and color.
If we are running a discount or promotion on the item, the promotion cannot be stacked with the retailer discount to obtain a lower price. For instance, if we are offering 10% off site wide and a Helsi Authorized Retailer has discounted the item at 33% off, the higher discount of 33% off would prevail and the 10% discount would no longer apply to the purchase.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse to match pricing below 50% off, and other promotions such as free expedited shipping. We are unable to match shipping discounts, gift card offers, or "Spend X, get Y off" discounts. The individual item must be marked down in order to qualify for the discount. We cannot price match on custom or special orders due to the higher cost of manufacturing.

Price Adjustments After Purchase
If we, or an Helsi authorized retailer reduces the price of an item that you have already purchased, we will adjust the price up to 50% off of the original retail price within 14 days of the purchase date, with the following terms and conditions:
- The item must be the identical, style, color, and size.
- The identical item (style, color, size) must be in stock at the Helsi authorized retailer (if applicable) and on Shophelsi.com.
- We reserve the right to refuse to match pricing below 50% off.
- We are unable to match shipping discounts, gift card offers, purchase rewards, or "Spend X, get Y off" discounts. The individual item must be marked down in order to qualify for a price adjustment.
- If we are running a discount or promotion on the item, the promotion cannot be stacked with the retailer discount to obtain a lower price. For instance, if we are offering 10% off site wide and a Helsi Authorized Retailer has discounted the item at 33% off, the higher discount of 33% off would prevail and the 10% discount would no longer apply to the purchase.
- We will only make one price adjustment per item.
- Price adjustments will be credited back to the original form of payment used to purchase the item.
- We will not be able to price adjust custom or special orders. Price adjustments are only applicable for in stock purchases.
- After purchase price adjusted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

"Helsi authorized retailer" refers to a retailer that Helsi has sold to directly. Third parties such as off price retailers, and customer to customer marketplaces are not considered Helsi authorized retailers.
