Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Our packages are shipped without signature required. We highly encourage you to ship your package to a secure location where someone will be able to receive it as soon as it is delivered. Our system will email you once the package is delivered, so that you can retrieve it as soon as possible.
In the event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact us at ecom@shophelsi.com within 24 hours of the delivery notification. Any claims sent more than 7 days after the delivery notification email will not be considered.
Items Damaged in Shipment:
We ship our items in new corrugated boxes. Should your box appear to have been damaged by the carrier, please email us at ecom@shophelsi.com within 24 hours of receipt. Provide images of the box and the damaged item, along with your order number.
Please email us at ecom@shophelsi.com within 24 hours of receiving your delivery confirmation email. We consider each claim on a case by case basis.
