When will my order ship?

We want to ship your order as soon as possible.  Typically, we ship the same business day or next business day, however it may take up to 5 business days from the date that the order was placed.  Our daily order cut-off is at 12:00 pm Pacific Time. Any orders received after that time may ship the following business day. We ship from the Southern California area. If you have an urgent order, please contact us via the chat feature prior to placing the order.

 

Shipping Rates and Time in Transit:

Please note that we require 1-5 days to process your order.

Time in transit starts on the next business day after the order is shipped.  For instance, an order shipped on Friday, via UPS 3 day, will be delivered on the following Wednesday.  Weekends and Federal Holidays do not count as time in transit. Orders processed on weekends or holidays will ship on the following business day.

UPS Ground: 1-5 business days

UPS 3 Day:  3 business days

UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 business days

UPS Next Day Air: 1 business day

 

Return Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  Helsi will gladly offer a return or exchange on any unworn, unwashed, and unaltered item within 30 days of purchase.  Refunds will be made to the original form of purchase.

We will not accept any of the following returns:

  • Items that have been altered in any way.
  • Items with obvious use, including make-up, perfume or deodorant.
  • Returns that are initiated outside of the 30 day return window.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.

Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Returns will be processed in 1-5 business days from receipt in our warehouse.  Refunds will be made via the original form of payment.

You will need your order number and access to the original email that was used to make the purchase.  Please make sure to include your name and order number on the inside of the box, so that we can properly identify your package.  Keep a copy of your tracking number for your records.

Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

My refund has been processed, but I have not received my refund.  

It takes from 1-5 business days for your bank to credit your account.  Please note that, once we initiate a refund, it cannot be changed or canceled.  Refunds will automatically be credited to the account that was used for the purchase.

 

What if my package is lost?

Contact us at ecom@shophelsi.com.  We will work with the carrier to help locate the package.  

 

Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we would be happy to assist you with any changes.  Please email ecom@shophelsi.com for assistance.  Orders that have shipped cannot be changed or canceled.

 

My order is incorrect, or my item is damaged.

We want to make it right!  Email us at ecom@shophelsi.com within 7 days of receipt.  Please include your order number and pictures of the incorrect or damaged item.
