Shipping
Orders will ship within 1-5 business days, regardless of selected shipping method. Shipping cut-off is 12:00 pm Pacific Time for same day shipments. If you have any questions regarding shipping timelines or have an urgent order, please email the Customer Service team at ecom@shophelsi.com or use the chat feature on our website.
Please note that we do not ship or calculate time in transit over the weekend. Time in transit starts on the next business day after it is shipped. For instance:
Order placed Thursday at 4:00 pm.
Order ships via UPS 2 Day Air on Friday.
Order is expected to arrive to the customer on the following Tuesday.
Any orders processed on a weekend or holiday will be shipped on the following business day.
